Roxy Rewards – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Roxy Rewards programme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Roxy Rewards programme is available to customers aged 18 years or over. Participation is subject to UK licensing laws, including Challenge 25.

2. Qualifying Visit

A loyalty check-in is only valid when accompanied by a qualifying purchase made during the same visit. Qualifying purchases include:
• Admission or entry ticket
• Any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink
• Food purchased at The Roxy.

3. Proof of Purchase

The Roxy may request proof of purchase before awarding or redeeming loyalty rewards. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the visit or reward being refused.

4. Reward Redemption

Rewards must be redeemed in person by the registered cardholder. Proof of identity may be requested where appropriate.

5. Availability & Exclusions

Rewards are subject to availability and may be unavailable during selected promotions, private events or other excluded dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards cannot be exchanged for premium products or cash.

6. Licensing

All alcohol rewards are subject to UK licensing laws. The Roxy reserves the right to refuse the sale or supply of alcohol, including reward redemptions, where required by law or where considered appropriate for safety.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel

The Roxy reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, postpone, suspend or cancel any reward redemption, loyalty benefit or membership where fraud, misuse, abuse of the programme or breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified.

8. Misuse

Any attempt to manipulate the programme, including obtaining check-ins without a qualifying purchase, sharing a Wallet Pass, creating multiple accounts or any other fraudulent activity, may result in immediate cancellation of rewards and removal from the programme.

9. Lost or Replaced Wallet Passes

Customers are responsible for their own digital Wallet Pass. The Roxy cannot guarantee that visits or rewards can be transferred to a replacement pass if a device is lost, replaced or reset.

10. Reward Expiry

Where applicable, rewards may expire on the date shown on the Wallet Pass or promotional material.

11. Programme Changes

The Roxy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the programme and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

12. No Cash Value

Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Final Decision

The Roxy's decision shall be final in any dispute relating to the programme.
